Wandsworth Council opens the door to home ownership

The council’s dedicated Home Ownership Team is hosting the Annual Affordable Housing Open Day on Thursday October 17, 2019 from 2pm to 8pm in the Civic Suite in Wandsworth High Street.

Bike hangars can now be requested online

Just days after councillors backed plans to make it simpler and quicker for residents to request bike hangars, those requests can now be made via the council’s website.

HEATHROW seeking to become even more noisy 

Noise from an expanded Heathrow will inflict more misery in all parts of the borough with many areas set to experience significant annoyance from aircraft for the first time.  This will be most acute for communities in West Hill, Wimbledon Parkside, Southfields, Earlsfield and Tooting.
