A message from Ravi Govindia CBE, Leader of Wandsworth Council

Wandsworth Conservatives have been delivering value for money to local residents through low taxes and top quality services for almost 40 years. Our record is second to none when it comes to delivering value for money for residents. We have consistently set the lowest average Council Tax in Britain over the last 25 years. This has helped residents keep more money in their pockets and assisted with the cost of living at a time when it seems that most of the other bills we face have been rocketing.

Delivering low Council Tax is only one part of our mission. We also set out to deliver the best possible services, campaign for our residents' interests and ensure Wandsworth is an attractive place to live and work. We have an impressive story to tell about the new homes, new jobs and new schools coming to our Borough.

In May 2014, local residents resoundingly backed Wandsworth Conservatives and re-elected us to lead Wandsworth Council through the next four years. With our team of excellent local councillors we will continue to work hard for you, to make sure Wandsworth remains 'The Brighter Borough'
