Over the past few years, many residents have expressed concerns about traffic and speeding on Ramsden Road. Some of you may remember the Speed Indicator Detectors we successful petitioned the council for back. in 2021. As your councillors, we are keen to understand your views about how we may best be able to meet the challenge of reducing speeding and congestion on the road. We would very much welcome your views on the below questions and will come back to you with our findings in the New Year.

Without consulting residents, the Labour administration at the Town Hall has recently voted through changes to traffic flow on Chestnut Grove. These changes are likely to lead to increased traffic on and around Ramsden Road.
