Caroline de La Soujeole
Caroline has been an active and dedicated community champion, she has served as St Mary’s councillor since 2022 and over that time has taken up hundreds of pieces of casework on behalf of residents. She has also led a number of broader local campaigns on a wide range of issues from stopping the inappropriate Glassmill and Nest developments, standing up to the Mayor of London to protect local bus services to fighting to make the Riverside path safer for pedestrians.
Thomas Horrobin
Tom moved from New Zealand to London in 2017, inspired by a dream to explore Europe. He fell in love with the city and has called South West London home for the past five years. A software engineer, Tom works on tracking vessels operating illegally in western ports and has launched two start-ups since arriving. Passionate about improving his community, he is committed to making the local area even better.
Zarah Wiles
Zarah has lived in the area for over 25 years and is passionate about preserving what makes St Mary’s special, while ensuring it remains a safe, thriving, and supportive community for all. A City lawyer with over 20 years of experience, she brings a strong track record of professionalism, sound judgement, and practical problem-solving. Zarah is also the co-founder of a humanitarian charity delivering aid to the front line in Ukraine — a mission she has personally undertaken more than 30 times.
