We, the residents of Flowersmead Estate, call on the council to take immediate action to fix persistent damp in our homes.
For years, families have lived with mould, cold, and damp, putting their health at risk. Elderly residents and children are especially affected. This is not condensation or a quick fix — it is a structural problem that must be properly resolved.
We are asking for:
- A full investigation into damp entering homes through external walls
- Permanent repairs, not temporary patches
- Clear timescales so residents know when work will be done

No one should have to live in unhealthy homes. Warm, dry homes are a basic right.
